Uncaria End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: July 19, 2025

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Uncaria LLC for the RepeatThat software (desktop app for Windows/macOS/Linux with browser extensions for Chrome/Edge/Firefox). By downloading, installing, or using RepeatThat (the "Software"), you agree to this EULA. If you disagree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

  • Paid License: 

    Upon a one-time purchase of $8 USD via Gumroad, Uncaria LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to two devices.

  • Scope: 

    The Software may be used for personal or professional use, provided it is not resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or used to provide services to third parties.

    Use of the Software requires the companion browser extensions and license validation via the Gumroad API.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software;

  • distribute, resell, sublicense, or make the Software available to others;

  • exceed the two-device license limit without authorization.

License transfers are not permitted without prior written approval from Uncaria LLC.

Updates:

The Software includes a manual update feature. Updates are optional but recommended for security, compatibility, and feature improvements.

3. Data and Privacy

The Software collects minimal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not collect personal usage analytics, behavioral tracking data, or error logs beyond what is required for license validation and basic functionality.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold.

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including copyrights and trademarks (such as “RepeatThat”), remain the exclusive property of Uncaria LLC.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Uncaria LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all systems, or error-free performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncaria LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the Software shall not exceed $8 USD, the amount paid for the license.

In no event shall Uncaria LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or loss of productivity.

7. Refunds

A 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted to support. After this period, all sales are final.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.

Discontinuation of updates or support does not revoke an existing license unless explicitly stated.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

10. Changes to This Agreement

Uncaria LLC may update this EULA from time to time. Changes will be posted at uncaria.io/eula. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
