Uncaria End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: July 19, 2025
This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Uncaria LLC for the RepeatThat software (desktop app for Windows/macOS/Linux with browser extensions for Chrome/Edge/Firefox). By downloading, installing, or using RepeatThat (the "Software"), you agree to this EULA. If you disagree, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant
Paid License: Upon $12 one-time purchase (via Gumroad), we grant a revocable, non-transferable license for lifetime use on up to two devices.
Scope: Personal, non-commercial use only for video control shortcuts. Requires extensions and license validation via Gumroad API.
2. Restrictions
No modification, decompiling, distribution, or resale.
License limited to two devices; transfer requires our approval.
Updates: The Software includes a manual update feature; you consent to downloading and installing updates when using it for security and features.
3. Data and Privacy
Minimal collection as per our Privacy Policy (no personal usage data, error logs, or tracking).
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks like "RepeatThat") remain with Uncaria LLC.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Software provided "as is." No warranties for performance, compatibility, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability capped at $12 (your purchase price). No liability for indirect damages (e.g., data loss).
7. Refunds
7-day refund window from purchase date. Contact support for refund requests. All sales final after this period.
8. Termination
Ends on violation, trial expiration, or if we discontinue support. Uninstall and delete copies upon termination.
9. Governing Law
Governed by Florida laws. Disputes in Florida courts.
10. Changes
We may update this EULA; changes posted on uncaria.io/eula. Continued use means acceptance.
