Uncaria End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: July 19, 2025

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Uncaria LLC for the RepeatThat software (desktop app for Windows/macOS/Linux with browser extensions for Chrome/Edge/Firefox). By downloading, installing, or using RepeatThat (the "Software"), you agree to this EULA. If you disagree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

• Free Trial: 7-day access to all features, no charge. No credit card required.

• Paid License: Upon $12 one-time purchase (via LemonSqueezy), we grant a revocable, non-transferable license for lifetime use on one device.

• Scope: Personal, non-commercial use only for video control shortcuts. Requires extensions and license validation via LemonSqueezy API.

2. Restrictions

• No modification, decompiling, distribution, or resale.

• License limited to one device; transfer requires our approval.

• Auto-updates apply; you consent to them for security and features.

3. Data and Privacy

Minimal collection as per our Privacy Policy (no personal usage data, error logs, or tracking).

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks like "RepeatThat") remain with Uncaria LLC.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Software provided "as is." No warranties for performance, compatibility, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability capped at $12 (your purchase price). No liability for indirect damages (e.g., data loss).

7. No Refunds

All sales final. No refunds, even during or after trial.

8. Termination

Ends on violation, trial expiration, or if we discontinue support. Uninstall and delete copies upon termination.

9. Governing Law

Governed by [your state, e.g., Delaware] laws. Disputes in [your jurisdiction, e.g., Delaware courts].

10. Changes

We may update this EULA; changes posted on uncaria.io/eula. Continued use means acceptance.
