Uncaria Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Uncaria LLC website , the RepeatThat desktop application (Windows, macOS, Linux), and its browser extensions (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Services.

2. License to Use Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. RepeatThat is available via:

  • Free Trial: 7-day access to all features, no charge.

  • One-Time Purchase: $12 for lifetime use on one device.
    Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment provider. You agree to their terms for payments.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may not modify, reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or resell the Services.

  • Do not use the Services for illegal activities or to harm others (e.g., malware).

  • The Services require license validation via LemonSqueezy’s API; bypassing this is prohibited.

4. Payments

  • Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy. See their terms at lemonsqueezy.com/terms.

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Updates and Availability

  • RepeatThat may receive auto-updates to improve features or fix issues. We may discontinue features or the Services with notice.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with all systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks (e.g., "Uncaria," "RepeatThat") are owned by Uncaria LLC or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Services.

10. Governing Law
