Uncaria Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Uncaria LLC website , the RepeatThat desktop application (Windows, macOS, Linux), and its browser extensions (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Services.

2. License to Use Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. RepeatThat is available via a one-time $12 purchase (via Gumroad) for lifetime use on up to two devices.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may not modify, reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or resell the Services.

  • Do not use the Services for illegal activities or to harm others (e.g., malware).

  • The Services require license validation via Gumroad’s API; bypassing this is prohibited.

4. Payments

  • Payments are handled by Gumroad. See their terms at gumroad.com/terms.

  • Refunds: You have a 7-day refund window from the purchase date. Contact support for requests. All sales are final after this period.

5. Updates and Availability

  • RepeatThat includes a manual update feature (via "Check for Updates" button) to download and install new versions for features, bug fixes, or security. By using this feature, you consent to updates.

  • We may discontinue features or the Services with notice.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with all systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks (e.g., "Uncaria," "RepeatThat") are owned by Uncaria LLC or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here, and continued use means acceptance.
